Stance

Basic Front Stance develops power in your legs and is also based on good balance.

A person should adopt their own stance and when they have an understanding of stance and they should examine its usefulness:
in speed, explosive power, defence, attack and manoeuvrability.

But remember a stance should also be able to flow and change, adapting to different situations.

You may want to exclude me in the catogory "good balance": way too narrow again. *lol*
At least I can clearly see the difference now, thanks Nova.

But considering that the stance becomes both deeper and broader with increasing grade, I assume there is still hope left for me. Wink

I think the angle of the photo does have a little to do with it.

However it is funny the higher grade, the wider the stance.

So if you are a tenth Dan, you must need spiders legs
